Restorative Workshops with Pepper

Relax and unwind with two hours of Restorative yoga. We will take time to find stillness and reach a deep level of peace and complete rest. This type of rest provides the body and mind with an opportunity to renew and heal. By supporting the body with props, we can move toward balance. Gentle sound/music and soothing candlelight will also be combined to create an incredibly comfortable and warm environment. The perfect supportive setting to ease the nervous system, give the mind a break and just simply chill. The class is slow and nurturing and suitable for everyone.
