Breathe & Restore - A Healing Gathering

With Pepper Monroe & Erin Telford

Nurture and cleanse your emotional body with Breathwork with Erin Telford followed by softening and unwinding with two hours of Restorative yoga with Pepper Monroe! This is not a class or workshop, it is a healing gathering for the most tender parts of your soul. Described by our last group as “magical” and “beyond words”, this time spent together will open, soothe and sweeten your heart.

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to purge the body of denser, heavier emotions. You breathe into the belly to stir the second chakra, oxygenate and breath new life force into old stories and limiting beliefs. You draw the breath up to the heart to purify and wash these emotions with love then exhale to release. The experience moves stuck energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger and grief. It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.

We’ll start with a short grounding meditation and then move to the breathing! Essential oils will be applied to get your energy centers spinning, palo santo and sage will be burned to transform your emotional release, and you will be coached through the experience with love…all set to a cosmic soundtrack.

After Breathwork, we will take time to unfurl, find stillness and reach a deep level of peace and total relaxation. This type of rest provides the body and mind with an opportunity to renew and heal. By supporting the body with props, we can move toward balance. Reiki, soothing sound and warm candlelight are all combined to create an incredibly comfortable and nourishing environment. The perfect supportive setting to ease the nervous system, give the mind a break and just simply chill. The class is slow and nurturing and suitable for everyone.
