HEART REVIVAL BREATHWORK

In this workshop we will identify how and why we feel depleted and honor the beauty in recharging and replenishing by making choices that enhance and strengthen our relationship to our sacred selves.

This active breathing meditation moves dead energy, helps heal old battle wounds & encourages emotional release. Pepper will guide you in the breath, apply pure essential oils, play high vibration music as well as work with ceremonial smudging rituals to soothe the heart, relieve the nervous system and lighten the energetic field of lingering toxins and negativity. Your spirit will be left glowing, your precious body clean and fertile mind pure.

As the breather, you simply trust the wisdom of your heart and what is ready to emerge. This heightened state of awareness is innately healing. We have a special opportunity to encounter ourselves on a deep spirit level, resolve issues that need tender attention and understand them in a creative, supported way.
