Tranquility Tools for the nervous system – Restorative Yoga + Group Hypnosis

– We invite you to interrupt yourself –

In this three hour workshop, we will be combining Restorative Yoga, NLP and self hypnosis tools that you can use in your every day life to feel more balanced and peaceful. By you learning these tools you can begin to open the mind and body so you can begin to shift into a state of symmetry. When your balanced anything is possible and decisions and daily life are much smoother and lighter. We will teach you how to interrupt yourself and the patterns you have with simple techniques, that us and our clients have had success with. Come and bring your stress, which we will help you melt away with Yoga and group hypnosis while being supported by blankets and bolsters. The valuable take away will allow you to continue with the work in your every day life using the techniques to bring the stress down, where you might normally be triggered.

We will weave the nurturing and comforting nature of Restorative Yoga with the Hypnosis practice to facilitate a profound sense of ease and relaxation. Your physical body will be set up with supportive props and low levels of stimulation. Allowing your personality to easily access and integrate the healing properties of the work, simultaneously creating a calm state.

In the group hypnosis we will work together to gain the keys to a calm and peaceful mind. This process can include uncovering clues of how these patterns work, as well as shifting the relationship to how you view your life. This group hypnosis is designed to help if you are stressed in any area and or have over active thinking or just want to reset. The hypnosis will support your goal in opening up to feel happier and present.

What is Hypnosis? The most accurate way to define hypnosis is to compare it to an interactive guided meditation. It is a natural state of mind. You don’t have to work hard for hypnotherapy to be effective. In fact, just the opposite is true. All you need to do is relax and let it happen. Resolution and freedom can result in a more healthy body, mind and spirit. It is an altered state of consciousness and a heightened responsiveness to suggestion. Hypnosis is designed to communicate with the subconscious mind using images, sounds and feelings. While in this state you are fully in control and are aware of every moment you are creating.
