STILLPOINT - An in depth mini training into the personality and healing practice of Restorative Yoga.

In this workshop we will explore the details, subtleties and the craft of Restorative Yoga. Shared discussion and inquiry on stress management, anxiety triggers and the nature of our perception of time. We will investigate the Nervous System, relaxation response and physiological effects. Plus a closer look at the energy body and sensitivity awareness.

Learn 3-4 Restorative Yoga Set-ups, Restorative Yoga Foundations, basic tools and props.

No teaching experience necessary. This workshop is for anyone interested in deep healing and relaxation and how to easily incorporate it into your life.
